What is included
The trial gives you the same experience as a paid plan. All features which are available in the paid plan are made available during the trial as well including recordings, recording links, console and network capture, custom metadata, and branding.You cannot upgrade, downgrade, or purchase add-ons during the trial.
Trial duration
The trial lasts 7 days from the date your workspace is created. A countdown is displayed in Workspace Settings so you always know how much time remains.Requesting an extension

When the 14-day trial expires, your workspace reverts to the Free plan limits. All your recordings, links, and data are preserved — nothing is deleted. Choose a paid plan to restore full access.Choosing a plan after trial
Once the trial ends (or whenever you are ready), pick a plan from Workspace Settings > Billing. Compare plans on the Subscription Overview page, then follow the steps in Upgrading Your Plan to complete checkout.Related articles
